This tester uses magnetic induction for ferrous substrates and eddy current measurement for non-ferrous substrates. The Extech CG204 has the generous capacity to store up to 400 readings. The coating thickness tester also features user-programmable min/max/average with high/low sounding alarms, and with one or two point calibration.
